1. SIGN UP STATUS: Sales Code creation and approval of sign up request can take one to two weeks. If it has been more than two weeks and you have not been provided your access, please contact your Master Agent.
  2. SYSTEMS ISSUES: Please make sure you capture all needed information when forwarding:
    1. Your sales code/login
    2. TN or Address you are trying to place order on, screen shot if possible of page you’re having a problem with, if no screen shot available; please specify where in the flow the issue occurs.
    3. Detailed description of the problem you encountered.
    4. Forward all of the above to your Qwest representative.
      1. Common problems:
        • Cookie issues in the flow, you should ALWAYS use the CLICK HERE TO START YOUR NEXT ORDER from the order confirmation page to clear the cookies.
        • Do NOT use the browser ‘back’ button to change, fix, or start a new order. If you are into the order flow and need to stop, use the cancel button on the page which will clear the cookies and bring you back to the start order page.
        • Do NOT use any special characters when signing up, % ‘ , - etc. this will lock up your request for sign up.
  3. COMPENSATION: All compensation questions or concerns MUST be directed to your Master Agent.
  4. MARKETING / CO OP FUNDS: Contact your Master Agent.
